Trends & Tastemakers: Vampire Rock.

A slew of vampire films, TV shows and fashion influences permeated pop culture this past year. Uncensored Interview tapped their archive and other sources to analyze this re emerging trend – from the perspective of an artist.

I am very excited about this piece. It was a lot of fun (and sometimes a pain) combing through endless artist interviews to locate their thoughts on vampires.
Yes, sometimes vampires come up in conversation – doesn’t that happen to you? 😉

Aside from creating a fun bat transition effect, another highlight was watching EPK footage from the upcoming vampire film, ‘Daybreakers.’ In this dystopian vision, the world is inhabited with more vampires than humans. Real blood is running out and somewhere there is a cure for vampirism that people are trying to both share and destroy. I can’t wait to see it!
